Ajanvaraukseen
 

• Ajanvaraukselle tuodaan kaikki listatut asiakirjat
• Tietoa hakemuksista (saksaksi): Konsularischer Service, Pass, Visa - Auswärtiges Amt
• Jos hakemusasiaan liittyy useampi osapuoli, jokaiselle varataan erikseen oma aika, esim. kolmihenkinen perhe tarvitsee yhteensä kolme ajanvarausta.
• Jos jätettäviä hakemuksia on useampi kuin yksi, varataan useampi aika, esim. passi- ja henkilökorttihakemusten jättämiseksi tarvitaan kaksi aikaa tai jos ajanvarauksella käsitellään useampi konsulaarinen asia, kuten hakemusasiat ja niihin liittyvät asiakirjakopioiden laillistaminen, varataan kolme aikaa.
• Alkuperäiset asiakirjat palautetaan ajanvarauksella.
• Konsulaariset asiat käsitellään samalla ajanvarauksella. Joissain tapauksissa saatetaan kuitenkin tarvita useampi vastaanotto.  
• Passi- ja viisumihakemusten käsittely voi kestää pidempään. Henkilöllisyystodistuksen ja viisumin noutamiseksi varataan erikseen aika. Suurlähetystö ilmoittaa sähköpostitse, kun henkilöllisyystodistus ja viisumi ovat noudettavissa.
• Esteen sattuessa ajanvaraus tulee perua mahdollisimman pian. 
   

Book an appointment
 

•  Please only book an appointment once you have compiled all the required documents according to the information sheets/checklists. This will help you avoid delays and multiple visits to the embassy 
•  Information on the individual application types can be found under Consular Services, Passport, Visa - Federal Foreign Office 
•   A separate appointment must be booked for each applicant (e.g., 3 appointments for a family of three)
• For multiple applications, multiple appointments must be booked (e.g., one appointment each for a passport and an identity card application (= 2 appointments), or one appointment each for certified copies, an identity card application, and a passport application (= 3 appointme
•  You will usually receive your original documents back after a short waiting time at your appointment
• Consular matters (e.g., authentication, certification) are generally processed at the scheduled appointment time, meaning a second visit is usually not necessa
• Passport and visa applications typically take some time to process, and a second appointment must be booked for collection. As soon as your passport/ID document/visa is ready for collection, you will be notified by email and will then receive further information
