• Bitte buchen Sie erst einen Termin, wenn Sie alle erforderlichen Unterlagen gemäß der Merkblätter/Checklisten zusammengestellt haben. Sie vermeiden damit Verzögerungen und mehrfache Vorsprachen bei der Botschaft. Informationen zu den einzelnen Antragsarten finden Sie unter Konsularischer Service, Pass, Visa - Auswärtiges Amt
• Für jeden Antragsteller ist ein eigener Termin zu buchen (z.B. 3 Termine für eine dreiköpfige Familie)
• Für mehrere Anträge müssen mehrere Termine gebucht werden (z.B. je ein Termin für die Beantragung eines Reisepasses und eines Personalausweises (= 2 Termine), oder je ein Termin für Kopiebeglaubigung, Personalausweis und Passantrag (= 3 Termine)
• Sie erhalten Ihre Original-Unterlagen in der Regel beim Termin nach kurzer Wartezeit zurück
• Die Bearbeitung in Konsularangelegenheiten (z.B. Beglaubigung, Bescheinigung) erfolgt in der Regel zum Termin, d.h. eine 2. Vorsprache ist meistens nicht erforderlich
• Die Bearbeitung in Pass- und Visaangelegenheiten nimmt in der Regel einige Zeit in Anspruch, für die Abholung muß ein 2. Termin gebucht werden. Sobald die Ausweise /Visa abholbereit sind, werden Sie per E-Mail informiert und Sie erhalten dann weitere Informationen
• Bitte stornieren Sie einen Termin, wenn Sie diesen nicht wahrnehmen können

Book an appointment
 

• Please only book an appointment once you have compiled all the required documents according to the information sheets/checklists. This will help you avoid delays and multiple visits to the embassy.

• A separate appointment must be booked for each applicant (e.g., 3 appointments for a family of three)
• For multiple applications, multiple appointments must be booked (e.g., one appointment each for a passport and an identity card application (= 2 appointments), or one appointment each for certified copies, an identity card application, and a passport application (= 3 appointments
• You will usually receive your original documents back after a short waiting time at your appointment
• Consular matters (e.g., authentication, certification) are generally processed at the scheduled appointment time, meaning a second visit is usually not necessary
• Passport and visa applications typically take some time to process, and a second appointment must be booked for collection. As soon as your passport/ID document/visa is ready for collection, you will be notified by email and will then receive further information
• Please cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend
